PDQ 32 Altair

The PDQ 32 Altair, like its larger sister, the PDQ 36, is built to make sailors and owners more confident. This boat can be handled easily by a man or woman. By keeping the weight modest and the hulls easily driven, the loads are low enough for easy steering and handling in any weather. Owners also appreciate the quality of design and manufacture. A PDQ may be light, but there's nothing lightweight about its construction. The PDQ 32 Altair was designed by a professional engineer, working to exacting standards. This boat was made using knit triaxial cloth with a high tensile marine resin, and a vacuum-bagged Corecell core. Inside the 32 Altair, the galley has standard hot and cold pressure water, a well-insulated top-opening icebox, plus lots of additional counter and stowage space. The saloon provides comfortable dining for six people with a panoramic surround of windows. A coachroof-width hatch opens the entire aft end of the saloon to the sun and stars. The aft cabins are identical with double beds, hanging lockers, bins, and lots of opening ports.
