Northshore Sabreline 395

The Sabreline 395 was designed to cruise comfortably across a wide range of speeds. She will handle beautifully at displacement speeds under 10 knots and gets up on the plane at 12 knots. Top speeds in excess of 25 knots are possible, depending upon engine selection. Typical planing cruise speed is 14-20 knots. So whatever your style of cruising, the Sabreline 395 will meet your requirements. A deep forefoot with a modified deep 'V' warped hull form creates a comfortable ride even in choppy conditions, while down angled chines, spray rails and flared topsides forward keep her decks and windscreen dry. Classic warp-vee hull forms offer the best of both worlds: good straight-line stability and precise, quick, turning. Her small centreline keel generates "grip" on the water, which provides excellent slow speed manoeuvring. In the words of Motor Boat & Yachting magazine, "No matter what the manoeuvre, the boat has a positive feel that is most reassuring. She tracks efficiently, turns quickly and handles seas well from any direction. Overall the boat is a delight to drive." Whilst excellent performance is a key element to the design of the Sabreline 395, safety and practicality have not been compromised. Wide side decks, protected by bulwarks and large diameter stainless steel handrails, allow safe movement forward and aft. Anchoring and mooring is made easy from the safety of the forward and aft decks, which are fitted with oversize cleats and fairleads for easy line handling. The space behind the fly bridge and above the aft cabin can be either a sun-deck for additional seating (protected by a high stainless steel rail) or, alternatively, a stowage area for your dinghy with launching and recovery by means of the optional trawler mast and boom. When used for dinghy stowage, the perimeter rail is lowered to provide additional secure handholds along the side decks.
