Our quality range of sailing offerings means you choose how much you want to learn. You can lie back and relax during a leisurely sail around Auckland's Waitemata Harbour or Hauraki Gulf, or try your hand at various sailing techniques in our introduction to sail and race sessions.

Or, immerse yourself in a comprehensive Learn to Sail, Yachting New Zealand Seamanship or Royal Yachting Association (RYA) course. You'll be in the hands of expert Yachting New Zealand / RYA Yachtmaster instructors who can tailor their charters and courses to suit you.

RYA courses can be taken as a two to five day practical course from Start Yachting, Competent Crew, and Day Skipper through to Coastal Skipper / Yachtmaster. Internationally recognised RYA certificates can be your licence to charter boats worldwide.
