I am Licensed by both the Coast Guard and local Gov't here to do Commercial Boat Charter's legally. I have a 50 ton "Master's Certificate" and business license from Gov. Guam. The charter business is usually patronized by local fisherman though the boat is a good dive platform also. Sometimes we combine diving and fishing trips. Enjoy.
